While you are fasting, you will enjoy attending some of our classes, healers' experiences, enjoying spa treatments and using the facilities' specialized equipment... and by the end of your stay you'll be ready to book a 6 day or 8 day stay!

Please arrive as early as possible to take full advantage of your first day. Our orientation class starts at 11:00 am. Your room will be ready for check-in by 2:00 pm at the latest.
