Are you feeling tired, burned out, depleted or rundown? Our 5-night Cleansing Detoxification Retreat is designed to swiftly restore energy, detox, help you to lose a few pounds, soothe nerves, encourage inner peace and get you back on track. The week is filled with classes, healer experiences, treatments, walks, and meditative time. By day 3 or 4, which we call the "turning point," you reclaim the essence of YOU and at the end of your stay you are revitalized and ready to go back to the world from which you came.

- Ozone Mouthwash is in your bag when you check in so you can use the power of oxygen as you gargle each morning.
- Energizing Ozone Bath Soak – a pitcher (good for one soak) of this energizing soak will be found next to your tub (use before 3:30... it really IS energizing).
- Liver Detox-Oil Pulling – found in your guest bag as you check in, this Auryvedic formula using sesame oil (with essential oregano oil) is swished through teeth and gums for 8-15 minutes when you arise. Doing this will take the detox load off your liver. Pulls bacteria out of the teeth and gums and is great if you have any gum challenges.
- Perfect pH Skin Toner – spray this water (highly acidic) on your skin, it is the right pH for healthy skin. Rashes disappear, cuts heal quickly and you look radiant. The staff loves this one!
