- Your credit card will be charged monthly by the original purchase date.
- During the time of your 6 months of automatic reorder, you may use our PAUSE feature to pause your shipment for up to 2 months if for any reason you need to. The PAUSE period will then be added to the end of your 6 months reorder. A 7-day notice to PAUSE is requested. To activate the PAUSE feature, please call us at 800.888.2523 or 760.251.2261 and ask for the Products Department.
- If you have any questions, give us a call — our Products Department staff is happy to help!
- If for any reason you need to cancel your automatic order completely, give us a 7-day notice prior to the regular ship date to cancel the remaining month(s) of your 6-month auto reorder. No questions asked, and no fees/penalties added.
