Our renowned Holistic Health Spa is searching for ONE more outstanding therapist to join our team. Our next great therapist must present a professional image and demeanor, be able to provide a strong deep tissue massage, be willing to learn new body treatments, and be available to work evenings and weekends. Our exclusive clientele are generous tippers and you will be paid a 30% commission for all massages and body treatments. Our employees also receive 50% off all treatments and 30% off all our amazing products. We are booked 365 days of the year and currently have a 2 month wait list for our spa. Because of this we provide our therapy team with YEAR ROUND work. THE POSITION
Reporting Relationships: The Accountant reports directly to the owners of We Care Spa.
Responsibilities: The Accountant performs a wide variety of duties associated with the cash management and accounting of the company. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Travel: Minimal
Job Requirements: Education/Certifications, A Bachelor's degree is required. A CPA and/or MBA in Accounting are desirable.

THE POSITION
Reporting Relationships: The Accountant reports directly to the owners of We Care Spa.
Responsibilities: The Accountant performs a wide variety of duties associated with the cash management and accounting of the company. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily income balancing and posting
- Maintain profit/loss, financial statements, and liability reports for tax purposes
- Responsible for all cash on hand, credit card processing, and bank account transactions
- Reconciles all bank accounts, credit accounts and daily activity
- Payroll, 1099, and various HR functions for new hires
- A/P, A/R, and vendor management
- Assists the Product Department with inventory
- Sales & Use Tax calculations/filing
- Assist with server/IT functions
Travel: Minimal
Job Requirements: Education/Certifications, A Bachelor's degree is required. A CPA and/or MBA in Accounting are desirable.
Professional Qualifications:
- Three to Five years of progressive experience in an accounting related position, preferably in a corporate accounting environment.
- Good organization skills with the ability to prioritize work load and successfully manage all financial activities.
- A thorough understanding of the hospitality industry a plus
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Unquestionable ethics, as well as style and substance that generate respect and credibility
- High energy, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a small organization with large volume
- An intuitive thinker who generates ideas and recommends new and/or modified approaches
- Ability to earn the trust of co-workers, maintain confidences, and put the organization's interest above one's self
