The We Care Program, designed to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins and waste products can be greatly accelerated with our Spa Treatments that encourage elimination.

Our Spa Menu is designed to offer you both therapeutic treatments to increase the cleansing and detoxification process as well as relaxation treatments for stress relief and pampering.

The skin, the largest organ in the body, can significantly assist the detoxification process thus contributing to better results during your stay.

Exfoliating treatments will slough off dead skin cells, clear pores and increase detoxification through perspiration and skin respiration.

The products used in our Body wraps can encourage cellular elimination and detoxification or deeply nourish and repair skin.

Colonics work hand in hand with the We Care liquid diet to loosen and remove toxic debris from the colon and our extensive massage therapies can address a full range of needs from lymphatic stimulation or deep relaxation to focused muscular release.

Massage Treatments

Well-Being

Relax, Unwind and Regain a Sense of Well-being. Light to medium pressure in slow, relaxing Swedish Massage strokes are used to release muscular tension, improve circulation and obtain an overall feeling of connectedness.

Combination

Begin to focus on your areas of need as we go beneath the superficial layers to work deeper muscle and connective tissue. A variety of techniques with moderate to deep pressure are used to release mild to moderate muscle tension, increase tissue function and encourage deep relaxation.

Zone

Specifically concentrating on your areas of need, acute or chronic muscle tension and the associated pain are often diminished with this type of treatment. The techniques and amount of pressure used to obtain results varies. Momentarily uncomfortable pressures will subside and the release can be greatly relieving.

Lymphatic Stimulation

Our version of this very light rhythmic massage is designed to assist the body with removal of excess fluids, cellular waste, boost immune function and promote deep relaxation. It is especially helpful in the detoxification process.

 Sacred Stone Massage

The warming and soothing energies of hot stone massage are known to promote deep relaxation, harmonize and balance the body, flushing the connective tissue without over stimulating the nervous system producing a wonderful state of calm.

Experience this ancient tradition and ritual of body scrub and table bath. An invigorating scrub is followed by a sage body wash, shampoo with scalp massage and finished with a soothing body lotion to leave you feeling like royalty.

Body Wraps

Dry brushing exfoliation is followed by a detoxifying mud or a nourishing sea mask wrap. This treatment is completed with a refreshing botanical emollient, herbal extracts and organic aloe vera cream leaving your skin silky smooth.

Colonics

This is a purified water irrigation of the colon, intended to hydrate the colon for more effective function thus preventing the recycling of toxins into the blood stream and tissues.

 Digestive Release

This treatment focuses on stimulating the digestive organs and abdominal area. It is beneficial during the detoxification process to encourage elimination and is recommended before a colonic to assist with release.

Scalp Therapy

Warmed aromatic oil is applied to the scalp to promote a healthy follicle and increase circulation. Scalp massage, using a range of pressures will relax the mind and encourage a sense of well-being.

Herbal Detox

An excellent detoxifying treatment. A crème base of sea kelp, licorice root, sage, mint fenugreek, black cohosh and cinnamon oil helps improve skin texture, elasticity and flush out fat cells. You will then be wrapped to promote absorption of the product, allowing the herbs to work internally.

(Please note: skin should be free of oils or lotions. Use caution while sunbathing and do not shower product off for at least 4 hours)

As a courtesy to your therapist We Care requires 24 hours (non-emergency) notice of change or cancellation in your appointment.
