Adding spa treatments to your colonic schedule greatly enhances the results of your cleanse. In addition, our treatments will alleviate muscle tension, relax and rejuvenate you and help to alleviate any side effects you may feel from

1. VibraTrim: Lobby and Yoga Room
The Lymphatic System
Increase lymphatic flow, increase flexibility and increase range of motion. By standing on the plate, the vibration generates systematic involuntary muscle contraction throughout the body, which not only increases your flexibility but also burns fat by increasing your metabolism while it improves your circulation and provides your cells with ideal oxygen and nutrient delivery to slow the degenerative process.
2. Use the Slant Board 15 min-1 hour daily: Yoga Room
Feed the brain with oxygen and blood; the head and feet usually get the least amount of blood as they are the farthest points from the heart. Turning upside down oxygenates the brain, brings more blood to the surface of the skin, and helps gently traction the spine. This position also encourages rejuvenation as it allows the body to rest and recover from the stress that gravity puts on it daily. Lie on your back with your head on the lower portion of the board and your feet at the top and relax into the mat noting the very subtle stretch created in the body.
3. Use the healthy Swing Machine 15-20 min a day: Yoga Room
The motion generated by the Swing Machine helps to oxygenate the cells of the body, increases energy flow in the meridians and assists movement of lymphatic fluid. A 15 min session moves lymph fluids equivalent to a three-mile walk. Use once a day or more on days that you don’t feel up to taking walks outside. Lie down and put your ankles in the slots (place a towel under your ankles to make it more comfortable). Turn the machine on. Relax into the mat and breathe, feeling the movement throughout your body.
4. Use the Mini Trampoline for 10-30 min a day: Found throughout the property
The up and down motion helps stimulate the lymphatic system to naturally eliminate toxins from the system and the breathing pattern will increase oxygen in the body. You can jump up and down or create your own patterns. Use the breathing pattern mentioned above – four short inhales and four short exhales – to help your endurance.

5. Take one or two walks a day:
The Property And The Nearby Desert
Take in the beauty of the desert landscape cradled between the mountains. Get your blood and breath flowing with a brisk walk as a refreshing way to start your morning or end your day. Use the walk as a peaceful meditation but remember to take your water bottle (to hydrate you)
and your We Care 365 POWER GREEN capsules (for energy)
with you as you leave the facility.
Leave the property through the walking gate located on the left of the main entry gate. Close the gate behind you, turn left and walk to the corner. You have two choices of walks and your choice will depend on your energy level:
- If you have low energy - simply turn right and walk on the paved road, turn around and walk back.
- If you have more energy - turn left and walk on the dirt road, turn around and walk back. Use caution; there are no landmarks and it is easy to get lost in the desert.
As you walk, swing your arms opposite the leg on which you are stepping. With each step take a short breath – four breaths in followed by four short breaths out. This technique can increase oxygen delivery to the brain, which then nourishes your cells, thus enhancing the detoxification process. This up and down motion helps your system tremendously.

Our Yoga and Yoga/Pilates Fusion classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Each of our instructors has a unique style and each class offers a supportive space for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. Mental clarity and concentration are increased through focus on the breath. Guests will experience increased flexibility and a new awareness of their strength.
These unique installations are designed to detoxify your spirit, a critical piece of achieving holistic health; these address the SPIRIT in balancing BODY, MIND and SPIRIT.
Medicine Wheel: Outside, near the Yoga Room
Powerful for identifying the areas of imbalance and balancing our lives. This is an ancient Native American symbol used for ceremony and ritual, and it holds much wisdom because it represents the circle of life and cycles within each one of us. When we stand with the wheel, we remember that all are connected to each other, to Mother Earth and to the whole Universe.
The Pyramid: Outside, next to the Sauna
The Pyramid may insulate you from external energies you are exposed to every day, allowing you to sit in your own energy without interference. It can also help you focus your attention and amplify the energies moving through you providing an opportunity to gain clarity. Sit comfortably on a pillow in the center. If you have a particular issue you are working on, ask your inner guidance to come through and help you clear this, or give you the answer to a question you have been struggling with.
FAR Infra-red Sauna (15-30 min each day): Next to the Gazebo - 9am-9pm
Our sauna is like none other; a custom made "bottle shaped" installation designed to fit with the beautifully landscaped grounds. The sauna features an outside shower and seating area for preparing yourself to experience the detoxification power of far infra-red heat. You'll want to prepare your skin with a dry brushing. Wear a bathing suit or towel while in the sauna and be sure to drink plenty of fluids. We do not recommend staying in the sauna longer than 30 min. If you feel light-headed, stand up slowly before exiting. When you are finished, you can take a plunge in the cold pool (just a few steps away) or take a cold shower in your room. You can alternate the hot sauna and cold pool several times. Your system will get wonderful results from this combination of contrast flushing.

Walk the Labyrinth: Between the Colonies and Main Building
On The Path Of The Labyrinth
Walking the Labyrinth may unite us with an ancient and forgotten part of ourselves, encourage balance in the physical, emotional and spiritual body and provide us with calming and restorative energy. It takes 2-20 minutes to walk to the center. We suggest that you take this time to be introspective and reflective. Before entering, take a moment, close your eyes and clearly state your intention in your mind or write it down. If written, you may place it in the container in the center of the Labyrinth. Keep your intention while walking and be open to the answers that come.
Floating Bed: In front of the Colonies and behind the Gazebo
This piece is a true one-point pendulum suspended bed that moves evenly on all planes and in all directions. It feels like you are floating on a cloud, nearly weightless. The Floating Bed allows you to swing in the head to foot direction aiding blood flow to the brain and extremities, providing deeper rest and relaxation.
Temple of Gravity: Large architectural installation in the open space in front of the Colonies
An amazing place to greet the dawn or end the day, this huge installation is a public art project designed and fabricated in Georgia by the Gravity Group. The five 17,000 pound granite slabs are angled to hang between 6 and 12 feet above ground level. We hold rituals and ceremonies under the open dome and the desert sky.
